Shift: Varying hours of 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Hours per Week: 37 - 40 hours per week
Status: Full-time
DESCRIPTION:
Family Youth Interaction Community Services is currently seeking a dependable, detail oriented,
dynamic, energetic individual to join our growing team. This NEWLY CREATED position will be
responsible for providing office support to our programming. Under the guidance and supervision of
the Business Manager and in their absence the Director works collaboratively with the management
team and provides support to our main office and multiple community locations; and performs other
duties as required.

Completes all paperwork with an attention to detail within a timely manner.
Pursues growth and development through ongoing learning opportunities within the program budget.
Maintains flexibility in taking on other responsibilities as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists in organization and oversight of the multiple locations
-
Assists in timecard review process
-
Assists in reimbursement review process
-
Assists in the tracking of training achievements and completion of all training requirements of all staff
-
Assists in the tracking and completion of performance reviews
-
Shadowing of staff while out in the field
-
Provides ongoing support to staff
-
Participates in Clinical Consultations
-
Assists in the tracking and facilitation of matching new referrals in a timely manner
-
Reviews and proofreads match service summaries on a daily basis throughout the month
-
Assists in reviewing and tracking of PTO requests
-
Assists in the facilitation and tracking of vehicle maintenance
-
Audits case records
-
Assists in quality assurance improvements
-
Assists in maintaining positive productivity
-
Assists in and provides direct care services to a small caseload of children, youth or adults
-
Assists in and provides direct care services to Summer Connections programming as needed
-
Assists in general cleaning of multiple locations
-
Running general errands
-
Other duties to be determined - this position will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis

REQUIREMENTS:
-
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
-
Minimum of five (5) years experience working with children, youth and families.
-
Minimum of three (3) years experience overseeing the work of others.
-
Experience working in a large group and/or similar summer programming.
-
A combination of education and experience may be considered to fulfill position expectations.

Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
-
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must demonstrate a solid work history, dependability and trustworthiness.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
The incumbent of this position must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
Must be able to pass background check and random drug screening.
